I have spent the last few years working as a recruiter in the finance and accounting industry working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and help build out high performing teams. My role has given me in-depth understanding of what employers are looking for from candidates in this tight labor market.

Before I got into recruiting, I spent the bulk of my career in hospitality and sales - having opened and managed several restaurants over the years. I am a self proclaimed "People Person" and love any excuse to strike up a conversation with someone. I genuinely think the best part of my job is getting to connect with so many people and help them along their professional journey.
