I have been a client success and customer experience champion for the past two decades, during which I spent the last 10 years managing 2 law firms, operating 3 retail stores, and orchestrating a call center contracted with the US Census Bureau and a TSA Precheck office.
From a training and coaching perspective, as a Subject Matter Expert in administration and legal/HR compliance, I have discovered and developed hundreds of talents in various industries.
Over the past 16 years, I’ve pursued a passion for volunteer work as well including advocating for children and mentoring Gen Z professionals.
